Supporters of Spanish heavyweights FCB Barcelona have taken to social media in numbers tonight , to involve Ronald Koeman to be sent on his way.
Araujo gets a point
The blaugrana returned to action recently.
After Bayern Munich put them to the sword in a totally worrying way last time, the Catalans turned their attention back to domestic matters, in a La Liga encounter with Granada.
Barca sat in a modest 10th place before kickoff, despite having played a game less than most of the division’s top hitters.
Yet when all was said and done on Monday, the true rift between Ronald Koeman’s outfit and the Madrid giants at this point was only reiterated.
At the final whistle at the Camp Nou, the hosts were forced to settle for a point, which was only secured thanks to a last-ditch draw.
After Granada took two minutes ahead through Domingos Duarte, it seemed that the Nasrid were going to hold the first three-point shot of the season, when the clock struck 90.
The worst possible start for Barca! 😬— Premier Sports (@PremierSportsTV) September 20, 2021

However, fortunately for Barcelona, parity and a certain semblance of pride were restored right at the moment of death, when Gavi’s dinked ball in the face of the goal was sent home by the highly involved Ronald Araujo. :

‘Time to leave’
However, as noted above, his team, which took a share of the loot, has done little to save Ronald Koeman from the wrath of the Blaugrana faithful.
After the end of the action in Catalonia, the club’s fans have flocked to social networks to highlight a particular decision as a reason for the immediate dismissal of the Dutchman.
The call in question came fifteen minutes from the end, when, after switching his system to a more direct one via Luuk De Jong’s intro, Koeman strangely kept throwing Gerard Piqué to join the Dutchman at the top.
In the midst of Barca’s ball history, he certainly marked a low point, with some of the best reactions online, in turn, shown below:
Pique playing up front, Koeman has totally lost it 😭🙏— Madhur (@madmaxhur) September 20, 2021
15 minutes of chucking crosses into Luuk De Jong & Piqué as a strike pairing sums up Koeman’s poor talent ID (heavy influence in buying LDJ) & lack of tactical acumen. Koeman is so far out of his depth & the loss of Messi has now removed the paper over the extremely wide cracks.— Premier League Panel (@PremLeaguePanel) September 20, 2021
